Using this website
You are welcome to read this site, share it, and get in touch. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The site is informational
Everything here describes what Nevermac does and how it works. It is not advice, it is not an offer, and it does not create an agreement between us. Nothing on this site obliges either of us to anything until we have agreed terms in writing.
Examples are examples
The sample call, the example account and the figures shown in it are illustrations of how Nevermac works. They are labelled as examples on the page. They are not a record of any real customer, and they are not a promise of results. What Nevermac does for your business depends on your business.
Our content
The name Nevermac, the Mack name, and the text, design and code of this site belong to us. You may quote or link to the site. Please do not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.
What you should not do
- Interfere with the site, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Scrape it for the purpose of building a competing service.
- Use it to send us anything unlawful, or anyone else’s confidential information.
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Links to other services
This site links to the Nevermac client application and may link elsewhere. We do not control other services and are not responsible for them. Their terms apply when you use them.
Availability
We aim to keep this site up and accurate, and we may change or take down any part of it at any time. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Disclaimer
This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. That statement is about this website. It says nothing about the Nevermac service, which is covered by its own agreement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
To be confirmed. The governing jurisdiction will be stated here once the company’s legal jurisdiction is settled, rather than assumed.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
