About
“I wanted to build something where there was a real need, and a genuinely interesting place to put AI. Home services is both.”

Founder, Nevermac

I am a young founder, and I kept noticing the same thing from the outside: good businesses doing good work, quietly losing customers to a phone nobody was free to answer. It seemed too solvable to leave alone.

So I built it rather than wait for someone else to. Every part of Nevermac gets tested against real calls before it goes anywhere near a customer, because a system that guesses is worse than no system at all.

The idea

An industry that runs on communication.

In home services the relationship is the business. Someone calls with a problem, and how that call is handled decides whether they become a customer or dial the next company on the list. The job, the review, the repeat work, all of it hangs off a conversation that lasts two minutes.

Most places people are putting AI right now, it is a novelty. Here it is not. It is picking up a phone that would otherwise ring out and turning that into work on the calendar. The need is real and the fit is unusually good, and that combination is what made this worth building.

Your next customer is calling.

Tell us how your phones work today and we will show you what Mack would have done with last week’s calls.
