Here is the whole thing, from the moment the phone rings to the job sitting on your calendar and the summary waiting for you. Eight steps, no gaps.
Your number rings, the way it always has
For the customer, nothing changes. They dial the number on your truck, your van wrap, your Google listing. How that number reaches Mack depends on your current phone setup, and we work it out with you before anything is switched over.
It works out what they actually need
Not a menu, not keywords. Mack listens to how the customer describes the problem and classifies it: no cooling, no heat, a maintenance visit, a quote, a billing question, or something urgent.
It checks you actually cover them
Before offering a single time, Mack confirms the address falls inside the zip codes you serve. If it does not, it says so politely and takes a message instead of booking a job you cannot do.
It reads your real calendar
Live availability, not a guess and not a separate booking system. Mack applies your job durations and your lead time, then offers only slots that genuinely work.
It writes the appointment, then confirms
The customer picks a time and Mack books it. Critically, it does not say the word booked until your calendar has accepted the write. If that fails, it says so and pulls in a person.
Some calls go to a person instead
You set the rules. Gas smell, no heat in a freeze, an angry customer, or anyone who simply asks for a human. Mack takes the details and routes them, and if nobody answers it takes a message rather than leaving the caller hanging.
Everything gets written down
Recording, full transcript, what the caller wanted, what Mack did, and how it ended. Attached to the customer, written down and kept, and there whether the call went well or badly.
You open it and see the day
This is the back end. Calls today, jobs booked, anything that needs you. Every row is a real call you can open and read. Most days you glance at it and close it, which is the point.
Your next customer is calling.
Tell us how your phones work today and we will show you what Mack would have done with last week’s calls.
