Information you give us
The contact form asks for your name, your business, your email, your phone, roughly how many calls you miss a week, and anything else you want to tell us. Your name and your email are required. The other four are optional and can be left blank. You can also reach us by email instead, in which case we receive whatever you put in that email.
What the form collects is stored in a hosted Postgres database provided by Supabase. This website can only add rows to that table. It cannot read them back, and that is enforced by the database rather than by this site being careful, so there is nothing here that can list, display or export what anyone has sent.
No IP address is stored with a submission. The table was built without a column for one.
There is no account to create on this website and no login. The client login link opens a separate application at app.nevermac.ai, which has its own terms.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted by Vercel, and like any web host Vercel logs standard request information in order to deliver pages and keep the service running. That includes your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. Those logs are Vercel’s, and they are separate from the contact submissions described above.
The fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser fetches them from Google when a page loads and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We do not run analytics on this website. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not set cookies for advertising, measurement or profiling. If that changes, this page will change with it, and we will say so here before it does.
How we use information
To reply to you, to work out whether Nevermac is a fit for your business, and to run the website. We do not sell information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website. Supabase provides the database that contact submissions are stored in. Google Fonts serves the fonts. If we send you email about your enquiry, it goes through Resend. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We keep this list short on purpose, and we will update it here if it grows.
Retention
A contact submission stays in the database until someone removes it by hand. Nothing deletes it on a schedule. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and we will do it.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. It holds no Nevermac customer records, and the one database key it uses can only insert contact submissions: it cannot read, change or delete anything, including what it has just written. We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Links to other services
Links to the client application, or to any other service, take you outside this website. What happens there is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
Children
Nevermac sells to businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email nick@nevermac.ai and we will deal with it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in.
